目的探讨尽早鼻饲饮食对脑卒中患者营养状况、感染并发症及近期神经功能的影响。方法160例脑卒中伴吞咽困难的患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者于发病后48 h内给予鼻饲肠内营养,对照组患者于发病10 d后给予鼻饲肠内营养。观察两组患者入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平。比较两组神功能缺损改善程度及感染率。结果研究组入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,神经功能缺损改善程度优于对照组。结论卒中后吞咽困难早期鼻饲肠内营养支持可改善机体的营养状况、减少感染、改善近期神经功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal feeding on nutritional status, infection complications and neurological function in stroke patients. Methods Totally 160 patients with stroke and dysphagia were divided into study group and control group. The study group was given intranasal enteral nutrition within 48 hours after onset and the control group was given enteral nutrition after 10 days. Serum albumin and hemoglobin levels were observed 21 days after admission in both groups. The improvement rate and infection rate of neurological deficit in both groups were compared. Results Serum albumin and hemoglobin levels in study group 21 d after admission were significantly higher than those in control group, and the infection rate was lower than that in control group. The improvement of neurological deficit was better than that of control group. Conclusion Early nasogastric enteral nutrition after stroke with dysphagia improves nutritional status, reduces infection and improves neurological function in the near future.
