本文从IPQoS技术发展及国外运营商的QoS解决思路角度出发,引出基于策略的QoS管理技术.在此基础上提出了广义的基于策略的QoS管理概念。阐述了宽带业务基于策略的QoS管理的需求,基于策略的QoS管理系统部署及在宽带业务中的应用。展望了基于策略的QoS管理的发展方向。
In this paper, based on the development of IPQoS technology and the QoS solution ideas of foreign operators, a policy-based QoS management technology is brought forward, and a general policy-based QoS management concept is proposed. Describes the needs of policy-based QoS management for broadband services, deployment of QoS-based management system based on policies and its application in broadband services. Looking forward to the development of policy-based QoS management.
