金银花为常用中药,其有效成分之一为异绿原酸和绿原酸。本文用双波长薄层层析扫描仪,直接在薄层板上对7种金银花药材做了异绿原酸和绿原酸的含量测定,结果稳定。
Honeysuckle is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, and one of its active ingredients is isochlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid. In this paper, the content of isochlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid in seven kinds of honeysuckle medicinal materials was measured directly on thin-layer plates using a dual-wavelength thin-layer chromatography scanner. The results were stable.
