一、前言近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,太阳能家用热水器发展较快。为了不断地满足人们日益增长的需要,各种类型的家用太阳能热水器相继问世,并取得了较好的效果。但是现有的家用热水器多半是金属制成的,存在着易锈蚀、价格偏高、结构笨重,不便于运输安装等不足之处,在一定程度上限制了家庭的使用。而玻璃钢具有质量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、易成型等特点,与金属相比,是一种较理想的家用太阳能热水器的制作材料。为此,我们研制了一种重量轻、价格低、寿命长,每年5～10月 I. Introduction In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards, solar home water heaters have developed rapidly. In order to continuously meet the growing needs of people, various types of domestic solar water heaters have come out one after another and have achieved good results. However, the existing domestic water heaters are mostly made of metal, and there are deficiencies such as rust, high price, heavy structure, and inconvenient transportation and installation, which restrict the use of the home to some extent. The glass fiber reinforced plastic has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy molding. Compared with metal, FRP is an ideal home-made solar water heater. To this end, we have developed a lightweight, low price, long life, from May to October each year.
