经过十几年的快速发展,我国家电零售企业已处于理性发展阶段。以苏宁、国美为代表的中国家电连锁企业正在对自身的经营模式进行调整和转型,在完成一、二级市场的布点之后,开始向三、四级市场进军。中国家电连锁企业不仅重视企业信息化建设,构筑坚实的物流支撑体系,强调服务制胜,实施差异化战略,还实施渠道创新,尝试网上销售,以谋求电子商务时代的更大发展。
After more than 10 years of rapid development, China’s home appliance retail enterprises have been in a stage of rational development.
