In September 2001, a delegation of five members of the Beijing Municipal Metrology and Measurement Institute conducted a friendly visit to the metrological verification institutes in Tokyo and Shiga prefectures in Japan. The survey focused on the status quo of the legal management of the quantity of commodities in Japan’s local government departments and the examination of their commodity quantity Laboratories, and on legal issues related to the amount of legal content management and measurement technology issues were discussed during the visit also visited a quantitative packaging machine
