目前应用 X 线胸片普查尘肺,常因胶片供应不足不能如期完成。应用100毫米荧光缩影片(以下简称小片)是一种可行办法。现将普查9,913名粉尘作业工人需复照胸大片645例(全是采掘混合工种)进行大小胸片对照分析,探讨小片在煤矽肺普查中的价值。
