人发中微量元素含量较血清为高,且能反映环境对人体的污染程度及人体代谢情况。我们用导数示波极谱法对印刷厂铅作业人发和普通人发微量元素进行了测定和比较,探求铅作业对人发微量元素含量的影响。一、仪器与试剂JP-1A型示波极谱仪。底液A:1.0M乙二胺--5.0 × 10~(-2)M三乙醇胺—0.2M硫氰酸钾。
