目前,许多食用菌生产者,在出菇时仍采用两头出菇法或覆土出菇法。我们在实践中体会到二者都具有许多优点,也存在许多不足。两头出菇法存在的主要问题是后期营养缺乏,生长势弱,菇体小,产量低。覆土出菇法存在的问题是占地面积大,长出的菇带土,从而影响外观质量。采用立体覆土出菇法,既能解决以上存在的问题,又能集两种方法的优点于一身,它的优点是占地面积小,出菇不带土,后期营养充足,菇体大,产量高。具体做法如下:一、取土。选择富含腐殖质,吸水和保水性好的菜园土,拣去杂物,敲碎土粒,掺入适量腐熟有机肥。
