电子能谱(AES和XPS)研究银—氧化镉触头料料的表面层,得出触头的电弧重燃性与表面含镉量有关。具有异常表面层的触头,由于表面含镉较少而导致在第一次分断时发生恶劣的电弧重燃。XPS发现触头材料表面的镉不是氧化镉化合物,而是以元素状态的镉存在。AES深度剖析表面,异常层触头材料表面贫镉,无异常层触头材料表面富镉。镉的电子束损伤效应可采取一些措施消减其影响。
Electron spectroscopy (AES and XPS) studies the surface layer of the silver-cadmium oxide contact material, and concludes that the electrical arc reignition of the contact is related to the cadmium content on the surface. Contacts with an abnormal surface layer cause severe arc reignition on the first break due to the low cadmium content on the surface. XPS found that the surface of the contact material cadmium is not cadmium oxide compounds, but the presence of elemental cadmium. AES depth analysis of the surface, abnormal layer contact material surface poor cadmium, no abnormal layer contact material surface rich in cadmium. Cadmium electron beam damage can take some measures to reduce their effects.
