由于升学制度及国内教育形势的原因,对初中生来说,英语成绩的好坏直接影响着升学,影响着今后的学习深造和事业发展。考察我校历届学生英语学习情况,但成绩不太理想,一是大部分学生能苦学但兴趣不浓或不能持久,整天大部分时间忙于英语学习,但效率比较低,总体成绩不理想,同时对其它学科学习也有一定影响;二是部分教师与学生关系比较紧张,师生不能形成合力,教师教的苦,学生学的累;三是从教师到学生都明白现状,但一直改观不大,恐成恶性循环。这些无疑成为阻碍教育发展和学生个体发展
