992D装载机铲斗销使用一种封闭型(可加注润滑油)销轴,销轴装配在大臂及翻转杆与铲斗联接的部位,其内部结构复杂,制造精度高,但可确保铲斗能够在各种恶劣环境中正常作业。目前,国产及大部分进口装载机尚未见有此类结构的铲斗销。按照保养要求,每2000h要更换销轴内部润滑油,这对提高销轴使用寿命起到关键作用。 我单位现有两台992D装载机,制造厂家从技术保密和商业利益角度考虑,在维修手册中没有提供任何有关销轴内部结构及如何加注润滑油的详细资料。为此,我们解剖了一件销轴,绘制了结构示意图(图1)。
The 992D loader bucket pin uses a closed-type (refillable) pin that fits over the boom and tumbler to the bucket and has a complex internal structure and high precision but ensures that the shovel Bucket can work in a variety of harsh environments. Currently, domestic and most imported loaders have not seen such a structure of the bucket pin. In accordance with maintenance requirements, every 2000h to replace the internal pin oil, which plays a key role in improving pin life. To this end, we dissected a pin, draw the structure diagram (Figure 1).
