目的:探讨薏苡仁酯(coixenolide,CXL)对5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)抑制人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z增殖的影响。方法:采用微量细胞克隆形成法检测CNG-2Z的药物敏感性。结果:5-Fu呈剂量依赖性抑制CNE-2Z的增殖,ID50=10-5.462mol/L。加入CXL10-7、10-6mol/L均可使5-Fu的量效曲线左移,ID50降至10-5.756mol/L和10-6.116mol/L。CXL还能使5-Fu的时效曲线左移,缩短该药的作用时间。未发现CXL能增强5-Fu的骨髓毒性作用。结论:CXL对5-Fu杀伤细胞具有选择性的增效作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 5-fluorouracil (Coixenolide) on the proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z. Methods: The drug sensitivity of CNG-2Z was assayed by microcytosis. Results: 5-Fu inhibited the proliferation of CNE-2Z in a dose-dependent manner with ID50 = 10-5.462mol / L. Adding CXL10-7 and 10-6mol / L both shifted the dose-effect curve of 5-Fu to the left, ID50 dropped to 10-5.756mol / L and 10-6.116mol / L. CXL also shifts the 5-Fu’s time-shift curve to the left and shortens the duration of action. No CXL was found to potentiate 5-Fu myelotoxicity. Conclusion: CXL has a selective synergistic effect on 5-Fu killer cells.
