2012年夏季奥运会将在伦敦举行。虽然距那时还有200多天,但作为东道主,伦敦乃至英国各地都摩拳擦掌准备让游客体验一个精彩的行程。英国旅游业代表团于2011年11月20～24日来华,分别在北京、上海和香港举办行业推广会。作为近年来英国旅游业最大规模在华集体亮相,代表团共由来自英国的31家旅游机构组成,除了国家性和地区性的旅游推广局外,还有城市和景点的旅游推广机构,以及地接社、酒店集团、百货公司和特色旅游产品的代表等。
