介绍云南磷肥厂 60 kt/a P2 O5磷酸装置国产化设计及技术特点。该装置建成后的生产能力已达 80kt/a P2 O5,体现了我国 90年代磷肥设计所追求的节能、降耗、环保的新水平 ,国产化的成功为工厂低成本、低投入、滚动发展奠定了基础 ,其经验可供借鉴。
The domestic design and technical features of 60 kt / a P2 O5 phosphoric acid plant in Yunnan Phosphate Fertilizer Plant are introduced. After the completion of the device, the production capacity has reached 80kt / a P2 O5, which reflects the new level of energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection pursued by China’s phosphate fertilizer design in the 1990s. The success of localization has laid the foundation for low-cost, low-input and rolling development of the plant The basis of its experience for reference.
