目的:了解陕西省护理专科毕业生核心能力的现状与主要影响因素;探讨专科护理教育中提高核心能力的方法,为教学改革提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样,分别从陕西能源职业技术学院抽取200名全日制护理专业学生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果:核心能力总均分为125.85±26.49,条目均分为2.17±0.51。多因素分析结果显示自主学习能力、工作年限、担任带教老师进入回归方程(p<0.05)。结论:陕
Objective: To understand the current situation and main influencing factors of core competence of nursing graduates in Shaanxi Province, and to explore ways to improve core competence in nursing education of specialties so as to provide the basis for teaching reform. Methods: Using convenient sampling, 200 full-time nursing major students were selected from Shaanxi Energy Vocational and Technical College as subjects, and questionnaires were conducted. Results: The total score of core competence was 125.85 ± 26.49, the items were all divided into 2.17 ± 0.51.
