世界许多国家和地区在人均GDP达到1000美元后,经济发展出现了不一样甚至截然不同的结果,这给了我们很多启示,也留下了一些宝贵的经验教训。人均GDP达到1000美元,经济社会关系都发生了或正在发生着深刻的变化,经济发展既充满着很多机遇,又面临着一些风险,处在一个关键阶段。在这一关键阶段,经济发展存在着两种可能的趋势,一种可能是乘势而上,经济继续保持快速发展,经济总量可以在较短时间内实现翻一番;另一种可能是不进则退,经济发展缓慢、波动甚至停滞。面对经济发展的这一关键阶段、重要关口,各国选择了不同的发展道路,采取了不同的应对措施,自然也有了不同的结果。
In many countries and regions in the world, when the per capita GDP reaches 1,000 U.S. dollars, there are different or even different results in economic development. This has given us many enlightenments and valuable lessons learned. The per capita GDP has reached 1,000 U.S. dollars. Economic and social relations have undergone or are undergoing profound changes. Economic development is full of many opportunities as well as some risks and is at a crucial stage. At this crucial stage, there are two possible trends in economic development. One may be riding on the momentum. The economy will continue to maintain rapid growth and the total economy can be doubled in a relatively short period of time. The other possibility is not Progress is back, economic development is slow, volatile or even stagnant. Faced with this crucial stage of economic development, an important barrier, all countries have chosen different paths of development and adopted different responses. Naturally, they have also had different results.
