虽然今年预期的价格战会在后视镜、大屏机等几乎各个汽车电子领域继续打响,但低价能打败高价进而占领市场这件事我看未必。“某个小厂出货价很低,很难搞,怎么办?”相信很多工厂的业务经理在开销售会议时,都曾提出过这样的问题。但为什么这么难搞的厂家却是小厂,而自己却是大厂?相信不少人在提出这个问题时,是没有用心想过的。事实上,低价在市场上通常扮演的只是“搅局”戏份,价格战的目的无非是两个:营销策略或价格策略。如果说价格战策略非常有效,那么行业里的一线大厂有没有哪家被价格战逼疯的?
