随着我国经济的发展,职业教育承担起越来越重的责任,要服务于不断发展的地方经济,要培养出符合产业需求的专业技术人才,亟须大批高质量的教师出现在职校的讲台上。而另一方面,由于我国职业教育起步较晚,职业教育师资培养尚在探索之中,职校教师的数量和质量都不能满足事业发展的需要,这严重影响了职校人才培养的质量,并进而影响着相关产业生产技术的提升、转化和创造,影响了社会经济的进一步腾飞。
