目的研究CD+CD28-T淋巴细胞涉及动脉粥样硬化斑块失稳定和观察急性缺血性脑卒中以及不同病因类型CD4+CD28-T淋巴细胞的变化。方法选择2007-02/2007-12确诊的急性缺血性脑卒中患者95例,签署知情同意后由第一作者按照类肝素药物治疗急性缺血性脑卒中试验(TOSAT)亚型分类标准分为大动脉粥样硬化型38例、心源性栓塞型19例、小动脉闭塞型22例、其它病因型和病因不明型16例,另有其他原因收住本科的患者10名作对照组,应用流式细胞仪检测对照组患者和各型急性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血CD4+CD28-T淋巴细胞的数量百分比。结果CD4+CD28-T淋巴细胞在大动脉粥样硬化型急性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血显著高于对照组和其他各型患者(均P<0.05)。结论大动脉粥样硬化型缺血性脑卒患者CD4+CD28-T淋巴细胞增殖。
Objective To study the changes of CD + CD28-T lymphocytes involved in atherosclerotic plaque instability and the observation of acute ischemic stroke and CD4 + CD28-T lymphocytes in different etiology. Conclusion CD4 + CD28-T lymphocyte proliferation in patients with atherosclerotic ischemic stroke.
