目的:建立扶正固本颗粒中黄芩苷和淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,色谱柱为日旭AQ C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长270 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.756~10.08μg,淫羊藿苷在0.299~39.92μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为1.000 0,0.999 6;方法平均回收率分别为101.40%(RSD 1.41%),101.02%(RSD 1.08%)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为扶正固本颗粒质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin and icariin in Fuzheng Guben Granules. Methods: The HPLC method was used with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid. The chromatographic column was AQ C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The calibration curves of baicalin in 0.756 ~ 10.08μg and icariin in the range of 0.299 ~ 39.92μg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, the correlation coefficients were 1.000 0,0.999 6, respectively. The average recoveries were 101.40% (RSD 1.41%), , 101.02% (RSD 1.08%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Fuzheng Guben Granules.
