老年人怎么生活的问题,我没有什么诀窍,我就掌握这么三条。第一条是运动。生命在于运动,我是怎样运动的呢?就是在每天早晨起床后从脖子到脚、四肢、腰各个方面,左转、右转,转圈,把所有的关节都转遍。另外,还做俯臣撑。我从40多岁练起,一直练到现在,86岁还在练。过去一口气练20个俯臣撑,现在练10个,因为年纪大了,减少一点,我觉得并不费力气。第二条是生活有规律。吃饭、睡觉、活动、看报、工作都要有规律。老年人生活规律非常重要。规律到什么程度,就是不好吃的也要吃够,最好吃的也不要吃过火。
