在不断深化教育改革的过程中,课外体育活动作为高校体育课程的重要组成部分和教育手段,反映了一所学校的体育教学水平和学校管理工作的质量,它必须适应新形势的要求。本文采用问卷调查方法对西安市10所高校大一至大四的学生课外体育活动现状进行了随机抽样调查,通过数理统计方法对调查结果进行分析讨论,了解大学生课外体育活动的现状,在此基础上提出切实可行的对策,为更好的引导大学生积极参加课外体育活动,各高校科学组织及有效管理课外体育活动提供参考依据。
In the continuous deepening of education reform, extracurricular sports activities, as an important part of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities and educational means, reflect the quality of physical education and school management of a school. It must adapt to the requirements of the new situation. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the present situation of extracurricular sports activities for freshmen from senior students in 10 colleges and universities in Xi’an. The results of the investigation were analyzed and discussed through mathematical statistics to understand the current situation of college students’ extracurricular sports activities. Based on this, To put forward practical countermeasures for the guidance of college students to actively participate in extracurricular sports activities, colleges and universities to organize scientific organizations and effective management of extracurricular sports activities provide a reference.
