This is the first time that the main British developments have not been exhibited in Paris, but for the first time this is the first exhibition of the new air-to-air missiles manufactured by De Havilland Aircraft Company (formerly known as De Havilland). The predecessor of such a missile is obviously “flare”, but a closer look reveals a clear difference from “flare”, which is that its internal components have been thoroughly rearranged. In the light of their official documents, De Havilland recounts how difficult it was for missiles to hit under the most unfavorable conditions due to the increasing performance of bomber aircraft and how to make use of new technologies This new type of missile, which has “greatly improved performance”. In fact, although the “red head” has hitted many of the “flaming” missiles, including its basic aerodynamic shape and infrared seeker and guidance system, its effectiveness has been considerable
