据统计,目前全国汽车维修企业已达22万家,年营业额超过300亿元,然而令人忧虑的是,汽车维修行业在迅猛发展的同时,维修质量却在直线下降——好车检出了坏毛病一辆车,本来好好的,没什么毛病,进了修车棚,也许反而修出了毛病;有小毛病的,也许修出了大毛病。据中国质量万里行投诉办公室统计,近两年,有关汽车维修方面的投诉,已经在各类商品和服务质量的投诉排行榜上名列第二位。为了进一步了解汽车维修行业存在的问题,我们中央电视台记者将一辆刚刚经检测部门鉴定为“部件和各项性能均为良好”的汽车,开到北京市郊多如牛毛的汽车维修站点,走了一趟。
