目的 探讨微波幅射对人体中枢神经系统功能的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(WHO-NCTB),对微波作业人员81名及年龄、性别、文化程度与接触组相匹配的对照组人员61名分别进行了行为功能测试。结果 长期接触低强度微波辐射,剂量为(17.91±13.16)μw/cm~2,神经行为功能各项指标中,手提转捷度测试较对照组差异有显著性,其余指标均无显著性意义。结论 现行微波辐射卫生标准安全可靠,手提转捷测试可能是一项较为敏感的指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave radiation on the central nervous system function of the human body. Methods Sixty-one neurobehavioral tests (WHO-NCTB) recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) were used to conduct behavioral functional tests on 81 microwave workers and 61 control subjects whose age, sex, educational level and contact group matched each other. The results of long-term exposure to low-intensity microwave radiation, the dose was (17.91 ± 13.16) μw / cm ~ 2, various indicators of neurobehavioral function, hand-turning test was significantly different from the control group, the remaining indicators were not significant. Conclusion The current health standards for microwave radiation are safe and reliable, and the hand-in-hand test may be a more sensitive indicator.
