本文提出一个新体系,在pH3.4—4.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,铜与茜素红产生一个灵敏的络合物吸附波。峰电位为-0.11伏(对饱和甘汞电极),最低检山限为3×10~(-8)M。已用于单矿物中微量铜的测定。经研究确定该波为1∶2铜-茜素红络合物吸附波。
In this paper, a new system is proposed. Copper and alizarin red produce a sensitive complex adsorption wave in pH 3.4-4.0 acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution. The peak potential is -0.11 V (for saturated calomel electrode), and the minimum limit of detection is 3 × 10 -8 M. Has been used for determination of trace amounts of copper in single minerals. The study confirmed that the wave is 1: 2 copper - alizarin red complex adsorption wave.
