利用宏程序中变量的运算、控制功能,把端面槽的槽宽、槽深、端面槽小径、端面槽大径等参数编入到各个变量中,通过运算和控制,能够更加符合实际切削过程中端面槽的编程要求。根据端面槽加工工艺的不同,端面槽加工分为直进式和回绕式2种,例举了这2种端面槽编程模板。编程思路灵活,精度易于参数化控制,应用于实践加工过程中。
