甘草是中草药中的重要药物、甘草生物、甘草提取物以及甘草酸盐等产品中甘草酸含量的测定方法国内外有很多报导。而采用铅离子选择电极法进行甘草酸的测定目前尚未见报导。根据文献介绍,甘草酸能与铅离子产生沉淀而分离。但其反应条件和生成物组成未见详细报导。为此,我们对于甘草酸铅生成的条件及沉淀物组成进行探讨,并初步确定其分子式。对电位滴定法的准确性、重现性以及各种样品也进行了测定试验。
Licorice is an important drug in Chinese herbal medicine. There are many reports about glycyrrhizic acid determination in licorice, licorice extract and glycyrrhizinate. The use of lead ion selective electrode method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid has not been reported. According to the literature, glycyrrhizic acid and lead ions can precipitate and separate. However, the reaction conditions and the composition of the product are not reported in detail. For this reason, we discuss the formation conditions of lead glycyrrhizinate and the composition of the precipitate, and initially determine its formula. The accuracy and reproducibility of potentiometric titration and the determination of various samples were also tested.
