将Ni Al混合喷涂层在中温保护气氛下反应烧结 ,通过SEM观察界面附近各成分的分布情况 ,发现在界面附近有宽度大约为 2 0 μm的过渡区并呈冶金结合。扩散理论分析表明 ,在 90 0℃保温 1h后Ni/Fe界面附近有宽度大约为 1μm的理论扩散区。实验结果和扩散理论分析结果差别很大 ,这表明界面的结合并非纯扩散所致 ,界面局部非平衡多元体系的演变能促进界面的结合。
The NiAl mixed spray coating was sintered at a medium temperature and the distribution of the components in the vicinity of the interface was observed by SEM. It was found that there was a transition zone with a width of about 20 μm near the interface and was metallurgically bonded. The diffusion theory analysis shows that there is a theoretical diffusion zone with a width of about 1μm near the Ni / Fe interface after being kept at 90 ℃ for 1h. The experimental results and the diffusion theory analysis results vary widely, which indicates that the interface is not purely diffusion, and the evolution of local non-equilibrium multi-component system can promote the interface combination.
