救活一个企业或许仅需一个能人,但管理精细化就不是企业家一个人能够胜任的事。一般说来,精细管理离不开规范管理、科学管理或者正当管理。负责任的管理者当然明白“细节决定成败”的道理,然而他们也深知在社会经济体制转换的过渡阶段,实行精细化管理的同时也要防止别人粗放式管理的侵袭。假如乙企业的管理者通过粗放式管理获得的利益远比甲企业的精细化管理大得多, 甲企业实行精细化管理不仅相形失色, 可能还要为此付出更多的代价,显得“愚蠢”,甲企业往往也就失去了实行精细化管理的热情、耐心和动力。
Saving a business may only require a capable person, but the management of refinement is not something an entrepreneur can do. In general, fine management can not be separated from standard management, scientific management or proper management. Responsible managers, of course, understand the truth that “details determine success or failure.” However, they also know well that in the transitional period of social and economic system transition, the implementation of meticulous management should be prevented while the extensive management of others is prevented. If the benefits of B’s managers through extensive management are far greater than the elaborate management of A’s enterprises, the fine management of A’s enterprises is not only the color difference but may even have to pay more for this. It seems “stupid” A enterprises often also lose the enthusiasm, patience and motivation to implement refined management.
