We have discussed the beneficiation model for many years, but it is not possible to simulate the loop until the digital computer is available in 1960. Until the mid-1980s, mills and designers using a PC, the simulation has become the main research topic. Due to the rapid development of simulations, many processes are now simulated quite accurately for design and optimization. However, there are still many problems in dry milling and flotation chemical reaction simulation. Future work includes: improving the existing model; automatic control, especially training, the weak link in the dynamics of simulation; based on the data obtained by SEM (Dispersion Analyzer), using advanced simulation models to predict the degree of dissociation and Sorting results. Finally, the beneficiation model will be part of an entire simulation system that includes mine and beneficiation follow-up jobs and the entire environmental project.
