目的:探讨安胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达的影响。方法:将48只清洁级健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、病理模型组、安胃汤组、胃复春对照组,每组12只。对除空白组外的其余组大鼠采用MNNG液制备慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型。造模成功后各组灌胃给药3周。采用RT-PCR测定大鼠胃组织GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达水平。结果:与病理模型组比较,安胃汤组和胃复春GATA-4mRNA/β-actin值、GATA-5mRNA/β-actin值、GATA-6mRNA/β-actin值均显著提高(P<0.01),安胃汤组高于胃复春对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:安胃汤可能通过增加胃黏膜GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达而起到治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of An-wei-tang on GATA-4, GATA-5 and GATA-6 mRNA expression in rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Forty-eight healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, pathological model group, Anweitang group and Weifuchun control group, with 12 rats in each group. Chronic atrophic gastritis rat model was prepared by using MNNG solution in the other groups except the blank group. After successful modeling, each group was given gavage for 3 weeks. The expression of GATA-4, GATA-5 and GATA-6 mRNA in gastric tissue of rats was detected by RT-PCR. Results: The GATA-4mRNA / β-actin, GATA-5mRNA / β-actin and GATA-6mRNA / β-actinin the Anwei decoction group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P <0.01) , Anwei decoction group was higher than that of Weifuchun control group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Anwei Decoction may play a role in treating chronic atrophic gastritis by increasing the expression of GATA-4, GATA-5 and GATA-6 mRNA in gastric mucosa.
