一、概述 磁滞合金是一种在不同工作磁场下,具有优良磁滞特性的合金,因而广泛地用作磁滞电机转子的重要材料。按照磁滞电机的电磁特性,要求材料在工作磁场下具有较高的磁滞损耗,以使电机获得足够大的磁滞转矩。为此,要求这一类材料磁滞回线复盖面积要大,即磁性参数Hμ、Bμ、Pr、Kμ要高。 Co_(52)V_(11)磁滞合金转入大批量生产以来,产品性能一直不稳定。由产品性能检验数据可知,主要是磁性参数Kμ,即磁滞回线的凸起度较低,因此,影响磁滞回线复盖
