目的建立消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250mm,粒径5μm),甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(48:52)为流动相,检测波长360nm,流速1.2ml/min,柱温40℃。结果槲皮素在26.24～131.2μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9989)。平均加样回收率为100.0%(RSD=3.10%)。结论该方法简单、准确、可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可作为消渴降糖胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsule. Methods HPLC was used. The chromatographic column was Kromasil-C18 (4.6mm×250mm, particle size 5μm), methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (48:52) was used as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 360nm, flow rate was 1.2ml/min. Column temperature 40 °C. Results The concentration of quercetin in the range of 26.24-131.2μg/ml showed a linear relationship with the peak area (r=0.9989). The average recovery was 100.0% (RSD = 3.10%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsule.
