企业法制是社会主义法制的具体化和重要组成部分。依法治国、法制经济、企业现状及改革、发展、稳定的新要求、都急切地呼唤着依法治企。企业法制建设进展很大而又问题突出、任重道远。多管齐下、逐步建构企业法制体系,是当前紧迫而又十分重要的任务,也是本刊关注的重大问题。从本期起,本刊将分二期刊出李祖荣同志撰写的《企业法制研究》,旨在推进对这一问题的研究和实践。
Enterprise legal system is the concrete and important part of socialist legal system. Governing the country according to law, the economy under the rule of law, the status quo of enterprises, and the new requirements for reform, development and stability all urgently call for the rule of enterprises according to law. Enterprise legal system has made great progress and outstanding problems, long way to go. A multi-pronged approach to gradually building an enterprise legal system is an urgent and very important task and a major issue of concern to our journal. Starting from this issue, we will publish a “Study on Corporate Legal System” written by Comrade Li Zurong in two separate issues to promote the research and practice on this issue.
