我厂在加工CW6163主轴孔大头内孔(φ80毫米)时,革新成抗振车刀,克服了振动、让刀、打刀等现象,使单件工时由原来30分钟减少至4-5夯钟,提高工效5倍,应用效果较好。抗振车刀的结构如图1所示。刀杆的抗振支承头设在孔的上方,便于排屑,也不会被切屑卡住。支承头材料可用硬质合金,并磨成半球状。支承头借助于弹簧与工件内孔接触,其弹簧力大小视需要经实验确定。在正式加工前,需先扩出一段引孔,其深度应稍大于刀尖到支承头之间的距离。这种弹性支承头的抗振车刀,结构比较紧凑,适用于中等孔径的
