近年来,国际出版业发生了深刻的变革,许多传统媒体正在积极开辟多种形式进行传播和发布;2010年,我国数字出版产业收入799亿元,而传统出版所产生的数字产值仅占其中的23亿元,这反映出我国传统出版物在新媒体传播中还存在巨大的发展空间。当前,我国文化体制改革不断深入,文化建设日益繁荣,出版单位的转企改制基本完成,新媒体时代出版人如何更好地承担起自己的社会责任和文化使命,成为摆在每个出版人面前的重大课题。
