目的:对比丹红注射液联合叶酸片与叶酸片在高同型半胱氨酸血症型高血压患者人血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)临床效果。方法:收集2015年1月—2015年9月就诊于赤峰学院附属医院心内科的100例高同型半胱氨酸血症型高血压患者的临床资料,分析丹红注射液联合叶酸片与叶酸片对高同型半胱氨酸血症型高血压患者人血浆同型半胱氨酸临床疗效的效果。结果:50例观察组(丹红注射液联合叶酸片)患者Hcy明显下降,与50例对照组(叶酸片组)相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在降低高同型半胱氨酸血症型高血压患者Hcy的治疗上,丹红注射液联合叶酸片可有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of Danhong injection combined with folic acid tablets and folic acid tablets in plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in hypertensive patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods: The clinical data of 100 hypertensive patients with hyperhomocysteinemia who were admitted to Department of Cardiology, Chifeng University Affiliated Hospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were collected. The effects of Danhong injection combined with folic acid tablets Effect of plasma homocysteine in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Results: The Hcy level in 50 cases of observation group (Danhong injection combined with folic acid tablets) was significantly lower than that in 50 cases of control group (folic acid tablets group), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with folic acid tablets may have a better clinical effect in reducing Hcy in hypertensive patients with hyperhomocysteinemia.
