用GER—1、水稻品种XR、玉米品种CYB为材料,对两个时期、三个器官进行了过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶分析,结果发现GER—1酶谱中都出现一条亲本XR酶谱中所没有的酶带,而在玉米CYB酶谱中的相应位量上有这条酶带。说明决定合成这条酶带的相应的玉米基因存在于GER—1中,也就证明了玉米CYB有关基因转移到了水稻XR中。
Using GER-1, XR and CYB as materials, the peroxidase and esterase isozymes of two organs and three organs were studied. The results showed that there was a XR Enzymes have no enzyme band, while in the corresponding position of CYB zymogram this band. Indicating that the corresponding maize gene that determined the synthesis of this enzyme band was present in GER-1, thus demonstrating that the maize CYB-related gene was transferred to rice XR.
