2011年6月20日,公司与欧阳文奇先生签署《股权转让合同》,拟以人民币3520万元受让欧阳文奇先生所持的武汉中原瑞德生物制品有限责任公司15%的股权。本次关联交易完成后,公司将合计持有中原瑞德85%的股权。
On June 20, 2011, the Company signed the Equity Transfer Contract with Mr. Ouyang Wenqi, intending to transfer a 15% equity interest in Wuhan Zhongyuan Reid Biological Products Co., Ltd. held by Mr. Ouyang Wenqi at RMB35.2 million. After the connected transaction is completed, the company will hold an aggregate 85% equity interest in Zhongyuan Ruide.
