纸张水份是表征纸张质量的重要参数,对其进行精确的在线测量和控制具有重要意义。本项目研制的水份传感器,采用红外多次散射反射及双光路分光同时测量、音叉调制等技术,使该传感器具有很好的稳定性和再现性,经一年的现场运行,对定量10~200g/m2水份小于25%的纸张,其测量误差优于±0.5%。
Paper moisture is an important parameter to characterize the quality of paper, its accurate on-line measurement and control is of great significance. The moisture sensor developed in this project adopts the techniques of infrared multiple scattering and reflection and double optical path spectrophotometry simultaneously and tuning fork modulation to make the sensor have good stability and reproducibility. After one year of field operation, 200g / m2 moisture less than 25% of the paper, the measurement error better than ± 0.5%.
