心传导系统（CCS）在心性淬死者中的病理学意义存有争论。有的学者认为有一定意义[1，2]，有的学者持否定态度[3，4]。争论的焦点在于：（1）CCS具有生理性变化，难以判定病变标准；（2）形态学上CCS虽检见病变，但无心电图资料，是否具有临床意义及诊断价值。过去的CCS检查法?
There is controversy about the pathological significance of cardiac conduction system (CCS) in patients with congestive heart failure. Some scholars think there is some significance [1,2], some scholars hold a negative attitude [3,4]. The focus of the debate is: (1) CCS has physiological changes, it is difficult to determine the lesion criteria; (2) morphologically CCS although seized lesions, but no ECG data, is of clinical significance and diagnostic value. Past CCS inspection method?
