目的观察VSD技术用于治疗糖尿病足难治性溃疡的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月—2017年2月来该院治疗糖尿病足难治性溃疡的患者18例作为研究对象,遵循随机分组的基本规则,分成观察、对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加入VSD技术,待两组患者创面污染得到良好控制后进行手术修复。比对两组患者溃疡面恢复情况以及手术情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组肉芽组织生长活跃天数、创面床准备完成时间均短,且手术成功率比对照组高,数据间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将VSD技术用于治疗糖尿病足难治性溃疡的治疗过程中,能够有效促进肉芽组织的生长,有利于创面修复,可于临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of VSD technique on refractory ulcer in diabetic foot. Methods From June 2014 to February 2017, 18 cases of refractory diabetic foot ulcer in our hospital were selected as study subjects, and were divided into observation, control group and control group according to the basic rules of randomization. The patients in observation group Join VSD technology, to be two groups of patients with wound contamination was well controlled after surgical repair. Compare the two groups of patients with ulcer surface recovery and surgical conditions. Results After treatment, the number of days of granulation tissue growth in observation group and the completion time of wound bed preparation were all shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion VSD technology can be used in the treatment of diabetic foot refractory ulcer, which can effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue, facilitate the wound repair, and can be popularized in clinic.
