机关事业单位的养老保险制度经过几年的改革仍然存在诸多问题,其严重制约了社会的发展与进步。改革初期的试点、养老保险基数及比例不一、机关事业单位财政压力大、养老金的发放标准不一、养老金的转接手续复杂等问题,一直是当今政府急需解决的问题。针对上述问题本文做了扼要说明,及解决问题的措施及办法,意在完善机关及事业单位的养老保险制度,促进经济社会协调发展。
