跳远是技术动作较复杂的运动项目之一。跳跃距离的长短,取决于运动员身体重心的飞行轨迹,它们又是由起跳初速度,起飞角度和抛射点高度所决定的。当运动员蹬离起跳板,他的身体就会按预定的飞行路线行进。这样,运动员就很难改变这一飞行路线。由此看来,跳远技术的关键是起跳技术。为使运动员能够比较容易地得到正确的技术概念,应把跳远运动分为四个阶段来分析研究。一、助跑阶段: 1、运动员的步子应保持一定的节奏
Long jump is one of the more complex sports events. The length of the jump depends on the trajectory of the athlete’s body center of gravity, which in turn is determined by the initial take-off speed, the takeoff angle, and the height of the projectile. As the athlete kicks off the bounce plate, his body will follow the scheduled flight path. In this way, it is very hard for athletes to change this flight path. Seen in this light, the key to long jump technology is take-off technology. In order to make it easier for athletes to get the correct technical concept, long-distance exercise should be divided into four stages to analyze and study.
