一、国家所有下的“责任制”管理是利税分流后企业管理模式的必然选择国家与企业关系的改革到了现在,大家较一致的意见是实行利税分流.但是利税分流就能解决目前国家管理企业过程中存在的各种弊病吗?利税分流后的企业管理模式是什么样的呢?这些问题对于我们今后的国家与企业关系的改革很重要,对利税分流本身也很重要.
1. The “accountability system” under the state is the inevitable choice of the enterprise management model after the profit and tax diversion. Now that the reform of the relationship between the state and the enterprise has come to an end, everyone’s relatively unanimous opinion is to implement taxation of profits and taxes. However, profit and tax diversion can solve the current state. What are the shortcomings in managing the business process? What are the business management models after taxation and distribution?
