北斗的成功,不仅意味着中国已经位居世界卫星导航技术强国之列,更为十八大提出的创新推动发展战略提供了有力的注解2012年10月25日23时33分,我国第16颗北斗导航卫星在长征三号丙火箭的有力托举下呼啸升空。这标志着我国北斗卫星区域导航系统建设全面完成,将形成覆盖亚太大部分地区的服务能力。北斗二号的成功不仅意味着中国已经位居世界卫星导航技术强国之列,也意味着全世界近1/3人口有机会享受更加优质的导航服务。这是自主创新的又一次成功实践,也是中国科技发展对亚太地区、对世界的巨大贡献。
The success of BeiDou not only means that China has ranked among the world’s leading powers in satellite navigation technology, but also provided a powerful annotation for the innovation-driven development strategy put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress. At 23:33 on October 25, 2012, the 16th Beidou navigation satellite in the Long March III C rockets lifted under the powerful lift. This marks the completion of the construction of China’s Beidou Satellite Navigation System and will form a service capability covering most parts of Asia Pacific. The success of Beidou II not only means that China has ranked among the world’s leading naval powerhouses, it also means that nearly one-third of the world’s population have access to better navigation services. This is yet another successful practice of independent innovation. It is also a tremendous contribution made by China’s technological development to the Asia-Pacific region and to the world.
