丝杠是精确直线测量的最重要元件。随着数控机床的发展,丝杠必须淬硬和磨制,与此同时,还要求能达到高水平的精度。本文描述如何利用附装在螺纹磨床上的新反馈系统磨制节距精度很高的丝杠。机床工作台的进给误差和被磨工件的导程误差用傅里叶分析法进行讨论。为了减少上述误差,新近研制了一种反馈系统,结果能获得节距精度很高的丝杠。
Screws are the most important components for accurate line measurement. With the development of CNC machine tools, the screw must be hardened and ground, while at the same time requiring high levels of precision. This article describes how to use a new feedback system attached to a thread grinder to grind a screw with high pitch accuracy. The feed error of the machine table and the lead error of the worn workpiece are discussed by Fourier analysis. In order to reduce the above error, a feedback system has been recently developed, and as a result, a screw with a high pitch accuracy can be obtained.
