党的十四大明确提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的战略决策,党的十五大更坚定地确定了“高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,把建设有中国特色的社会主义事业全面推向二十一世纪”的主题。各行各业都在深化改革,按照市场经济规律,全面走向市场。那么,卫生防疫如何冲破传统的思想束缚,适应市场经济,满足人民日益增长的对预防保健工作的需求,成为摆在我们面前急待解决的重要课题,本文就此提出探讨。1、卫生防疫发展第三产业势在必行,而且具有广阔的前景。
The 14th CPC National Congress clearly put forward a strategic decision to establish a socialist market economic system. The 15th National Party Congress has firmly established that “holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and comprehensively promoting the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to 21 Century" theme. All walks of life are deepening reforms, and in accordance with the laws of market economy, they are all going to the market. Therefore, how the health and epidemic prevention break through the traditional ideological constraints, adapt to the market economy, and meet the people’s growing demand for preventive health care work has become an important issue that has to be solved in front of us. This article discusses this issue. 1. Sanitary and epidemic prevention The development of the tertiary industry is imperative and has broad prospects.
